• How Do I Order ?
Simple. Just fill in the order form on our website and write down the product you want to purchase, as well as the amount. Once you are done, we will send you a confirmation email or one of our customer service will call you on the given phone number to confirm your order. We will then send you an invoice and you can make the payment over bank transfer, PAYPAL or request cash on delivery. At the moment we are still working on a complete online shopping that enables you to shop directly fro our website using major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.

If you choose the bank transfer, our customer service will notify you the designated bank details.

• What's The Cost Of Delivery?
BluPoint Pet Direct is offering FREE DELIVERY to Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi, Tangerang , Depok, Bandung and Yogyakarta area. In a very short time we should be able to apply the same service to Surabaya.

Orders from outside these areas will be quoted with incurring shipping charges separately. Be assured that our logistic team will always try to find the best solution to minimize the delivery charges by selecting the most economical and trustworthy courier companies that serves door to door delivery.

• Order Processing:
All orders received between 6 am - 12 noon from Monday to Friday will be lodged that same day but delivery time will take approximately 24 - 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend will be processed on a Monday except orders paid by bank transfer as payment is not received until Tuesday due to the banks not doing weekend transfers until Monday evening.

• Our Products
We have taken care to research and offer ONLY quality and effective products, for your peace of mind. All are veterinary approved by our team of product efficacy. We have exclusive products, local hand made products as well as products from large and small, domestic and international suppliers. If you know something you would like to source for you, please email us.


• Damage
All items are thoroughly checked before despatch and our couriers and freight contractors cover all items except glass. Upon receipt of your goods do NOT sign for receipt of them until you have checked that they are in good condition.

• Overseas Orders
Although we specialize in the Indonesian market we are happy to ship small items overseas. Obviously the standard international postage rate will apply and we will advise you of the cost prior to shipping.

• How can I contact you directly?

• Can I get a discount on my large order?
We keep prices as low as possible. We do however offer reseller price for orders with nominal amount of Rp. 5,000,000 ( approximately USD 535). Contact our marketing team within your area for bulk orders and reseller pricing.

• How does Cat Point works ?
By being a member of Cat Point Community Membership, you are entitled to shop using the special discount that have applied on some of our products PLUS you are collecting points which is redeemable through Cat Point programs which are affiliated to our promotion of the month. By shopping through BluPoint Pet Direct using your Cat Point membership on every accumulation of Rp. 50,000 you will receive 2 points. You are not going to get 1 point for shopping Rp. 25,000. So when you shop with a total amount of Rp. 75,000 for example, you are entitled for 2 points, rather than 3 points. Yet if you shop for Rp. 100,000, you will get 4 points. and so on.
